Probably the tastiest & most intriguing culinary experience I've ever been apart of. I've been to a few Michelin starred restaurants & this blows them all out of the water. Tanière certainly deserves better than #67 on the Top 100 list as I've been to many & none even come close. The food is exquisite & the service is phenomenal. A true expression of Quebec & Canada & something you don't want to miss!

Un service attentionné & personnalisé, des vins de grandes qualités soigneusement sélectionnés & une présentation digue des grands restaurants. Je recommande si vous désirez vivre un moment dont vous vous souviendrez longtemps & que vous disposez d'un bon budget.

Everything about this dining experience is worth it. From the atmosphere, to the charismatic & knowledgeable staff, to the fantastic food & drink. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who wants a true dining adventure.

Restaurant remarquable en tous points: acceuil, service, décor, lieu historique, ambiance & bien sûr la cuisine digne d'un établissement étoilé au Michelin. Pour nous sans conteste le meilleur restaurant du Québec pour ne pas dire du Canada. Bravo!
