WoW & re WoW! De l'entrée à la sortie, que du bonheur. Les employés sont formidables, connaissent leurs plats, lors de la description de ceux-ci on salive. Le rythme est parfait pas trop rapide ni trop lent. L'ambiance feutrée de la voûte ajoute une belle note à la soirée.
Nous étions 6 & les 6 avons trouvés que l'ajout de l'accord mets vins en valait grandement le coup, vraiment un bel ajout à l'expérience qui est déjà très exceptionnel.
J'oubliais presque la raison principale de notre visite, la magie des plats, excusez l'anglicisme, mais tout est sur la coche. On retrouve la recherche des agencement, la finesse de la disposition des aliments & que dire des saveurs..
On recommande fortement.
