Wonderful experience overall - amazing ambience & presentation. Food was great & high-quality but I personally found the course to consist of too much different combinations resulting in some weird tastes & all over the place when having each dish one after another. Did not enjoy the drinks as much either.

C'était la deuxième fois que je visitais votre prestigieux restaurant. Cette fois-ci, je voulais souligner l'anniversaire de ma meilleure amie. Un cadeau quelque peu égoïste je l'avoue. Dès que l'on franchit la porte, le temps s'arrête & débute un merveilleux moment impérissable. Du début à la fin, tout est perfection, le savoir-faire & la prose des gens qui servent les repas nous donne l'impression d'être bercés dans un conte de fées. Nous avons savouré les différentes étapes de ce parcours culinaire hors du commun avec des étoiles dans les yeux. La nourriture n'a d'égal que la compétence des gens qui travaillent avec amour pour la préparer. Définitivement, le meilleur restaurant de toute la Ville de Québec. Je reviendrai assurément.
