Une expérience tout simplement époustouflante! Des plats délicieux & avangardistes! Lieux historiques enivrants, aménagement des locaux incroyable, ambiance feutrée & distinguée ! Accords mets & vins judicieux! Du personnel passionné, chaleureux & professionnel! Le rythme des services était parfait! Vous avez fixé la barre très haute, nos attentes l'étaient tout autant & tous les convives ont été sincèrement comblés! Souper gastronique unique & décadent, carrément hors du commun!! Chapeau!

This was no ordinary fine dining multi-course experience. There was thoughtfulness & a very clear vision & theme to the meal. It felt like we were taken on a tour of Quebec's agriculture! Would highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend the evening in a special way.
