A small, intimate restaurant with 30 seats and a relaxed, unpretentious atmosphere. The five-course menu changes seasonally, prepared with high-quality local ingredients and crafted in a unique way you won't find anywhere else. Two passionate owners are always on hand to serve you. Wine pairings, signature cocktails, craft beers, and a superb wine list are available. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Delicious dining experience on rue St. Jean. The evening we were there, plates were grouped by Sea, Turf & Plant based. We started with fresh oysters then delighted our taste buds by sharing three creative Sea plates & finishing off with a creative churro/maple/foie gras dessert. All plates were beautifully presented & explained by the Chef. I highly recommend this hidden gem & look forward to our next dining experience. Merci Samuel!

Super expérience, humaine & culinaire! On avait envie de découvrir un nouveau resto à Québec; on s'est fiés aux critiques sur le web qui étaient toutes excellentes, & on a bien fait, car on n'a pas été déçus! Le service, assuré par le propriétaire lui-même, était sympathique & chaleureux. La bouffe, que nous apportait le chef en personne, était aussi audacieuse que délicieuse. Les plats, qui sont présentés dans une formule "à partager" sont aussi exquis que généreux. Le général tao revisité, avec ses beignets de pieuvres, était à se rouler par terre. Idem pour le boudin servi façon soupe à l'oignon, avec son fromage chauffé à la torche. Une inventivité sans prétention, un décor éclectique & invitant, un bar garni d'alcools recherchés: tout était en place pour une soirée parfaite. On reviendra, c'est assuré, & on encourage tout le monde à l'essayer, que ce soit entre amis ou en amoureux.

Amazing dining experience!! Our best meal in Quebec. Will come back to Q just for this restaurant alone. The chef should be on TV. Also lovely relaxed ambience, very friendly owner & the team. Simple, no fuzz decor. We covered the entire menu. Food lovers must have.

Quelle belle expérience culinaire nous avons vécu.
Le " TRIP BOUFFE" à 4 en accord met & vin est vraiment à essayer.
Le propriétaire & le chef sont des professionnels qui connaissent leurs produits.
La nouriture est rechercher & extrêmement bien exécuté.

Exceeded all Expectations !
we had the blind 5 course meal
& The chef personally described each course to us (5pm reservations)&
What an extraordinary amount of Flavours in each course
What a creative chef he is!
We had supper in a very expensive restaurant thé night before & Sinsemilla was far superior &
A lot less money.
Thanks to the owner for
Being such a Wonderful server.
We will be back ( especially for the crispy seaweed

Best of the best. The chef just came back from a vacation & he was experimenting with the menu, but I have to say that was phenomenal. This easily peaks my Quebec trip. Considering myself as a well travelled individual who also live in France for half a year & grew up in a foodie culture, this place is awesome. I taste part of my childhood favourite Chinese cuisine in the chef's creation. I was definitely mind-blown. My boyfriend describes this experience as sublime, I cannot agree more.
