Wow ! Expérience exceptionnelle. Nous avons été servis par Jacinthe qui nous a livré un service hors pair. Nous avons mangé. Gravlax de saumon a la betterave qui était vraiment bien présenté & les saveurs étaient au rendez-vous. Buffarella & son pesto qui étaient frais & bien présentés également. Wow ! Tataki de thon aux saveurs asiatiques qui était également très savoureux. Pour finir la poêlé de champignons. Bien saisis & bien goûteuse avec le proscuitto qui a bien salé le tout avec les noix de pin & la sauce aux champignons. Nous avons également pris plusieurs cocktail qui nous ont également conquis.
