Seul petit bémol : nous avions une réservation à 19 h & n'avons pu nous asseoir à notre table qu'à 19 h 30 parce que les occupants précédents tardaient à quitter. Je comprends qu'il soit difficile de pousser des clients à quitter, mais il faudrait peut-être envisager de faire deux services à heure fixe, en informant préalablement les clients du premier service qu'ils doivent avoir quitté pour telle heure. Il est un peu décevant d'avoir réservé des semaines à l'avance & ne pas pouvoir prendre place à l'heure prévue. Mais sinon, une très belle expérience malgré ce petit pépin. Nous reviendrons!
