About

Brasserie Artisanale Korrigane centers its culinary identity around the production of small-batch craft beers paired with hearty, straightforward pub fare. The menu features signature burgers prepared with high-quality beef and a focus on traditional poutine, characterized by rich gravy and fresh cheese curds. Patrons find an industrial yet rustic atmosphere defined by exposed materials and brewing equipment visible within the primary service area. This establishment prioritizes the synergy between artisanal fermentation processes and robust, savory comfort dishes designed for casual consumption. Patrons interact with a selection of rotating ales and lagers brewed on-site, serving as the foundation for the beverage program. The focus remains consistently on high-volume, flavor-forward snacks and plates that complement the diverse range of hop-centric and malt-forward beer profiles available throughout the floor.

Just had a flight of five 5 ounce beers. All outstanding! Outdoor terrace is set back from the street creating a forecourt that makes for a wonderful urban space.

I liked the atmosphere. Filled with paintings & different kinds of tables for anyone. The beers are good.

Bretzel was a bit disappointing (its multigrain bread) & a quarter of my beer was foam. Otherwise the beer itself was good & service was great.

Had a lovely lunch at Korrigane! We got the croquettas & cheese platter. Both were yummy & plated nicely. The beer we sampled was nice too. We also tried a couple of the donuts, which were just ok. Staff were very friendly & the interior was a good vibe. Would recommend a stop here!

We loved our experience here! We visited Saturday 02/24/2024. The bartender working was attentive, kind & made great recommendations. He was there when we needed him, but not overbearing. It was probably our favorite food that we ate during our visit to QC. We ordered the kimchi quail eggs & the Korrigane's platter (despite being a little wary of the fish items). We loved both! It made for a nice snacking lunch that left us satisfied, but not too stuffed. We also really enjoyed our beers - particularly Pimbina! Such a nice refreshing sour beer. OMG & the beer donut! It was so good, I'm still thinking about it almost a week later. I wish we had grabbed two instead of one to share. We both agreed that if we had been staying in QC for longer, we definitely would have returned to try more beers & food. Don't hesitate to visit!

Great place with great food & great service! Norma the manager & the bearded waiter are both up to excellent level. Even the Fish & chips beer battered was at the top as fine food!

Lovely terrasse on a nice day.
Service wasn't great, but the waiter was working his butt off & was friendly.
We ordered the shareable plate & the olives, it was okay, but nothing special.
The beers were pretty variable, the kolsh was fine, the sour wasn't great. I liked the pale ale with Nordic ingredients, but it's not for everyone.
Pint sizes were questionable, & prices a bit high.
It's a nice place, but not my favorite in town.
