We didn't have much time but we found this place, which turned out to be perfect in our situation. The service was friendly & fast, & the coffee & pecan pie were excellent. Highly recommended!
We ordered the pecan tart & the chocolate almond croissant. We were given a plain almond croissant that was terrible. It was dry & dense & flavorless. The almond texture was strange. I took two bites & threw the rest away. It was the worst croissant I've ever tasted. The pecan tart was better, but we agreed it was just ok. Not sure if it was an off day, or if it's just one of those Instagram places everyone says is good & really isn't, but we agreed it wasn't worth a redo.
Love this place- cozy atmosphere, great coffee & pastries. Had an oat milk latte, americano, almond croissant & a cinnamon roll. Looking forward to returning to start my day tomorrow.
Such a cute spot in the middle of busy Old Quebec! There's a terrace/outdoor area in the back that's more secluded which is lovely. I got an iced matcha lemonade that was very good & refreshing! Loved it
Tried latte coffee with chocolate cake. Took a while to get our order & place to sit. Coffee was cold & hence not up to the mark. Had to return the cold coffee & waited a bit to get new one. Slightly better but not up to the mark. Didn't like the presentation of cake as it was very inconvenient to eat as tray was moving everywhere. Would say that the place is overrated. Looked like customers sit more for the vibes than food.

Food was good
Coffee was good
Service Accuracy - cashier he was good on customer service.
Barista - on the machine they don't focus on what's the order. ( not sure if they communicate between cashier & barista to avoid confusion to avoid waste on order.)
I ordered (hot matcha latte with oat milk.) for dine In. After a while they give me the drinks on take away cup but cold version. I ask the barista if it's oat milk. Unfortunately it was not. Then they make again my drinks & they put it in take away cup. Then I ask the barista for dine in cup.
My main concern with this is all about the customer experience furthermore is the loss from ordered accuracy. For sure it was loss from the company's profit.
The main reason why my ordered was not properly made on the first place. The guy who's wearing red uniform he was talking to the barista which is she can't focus well on her job in which she was assigned as coffee maker.
Looking forward to have great service on my next visit.
Have a good Day.
I had been to this cafe twice during my trip to old quebec. The staff was kind & really tried to understand what i wanted, & the coffee was excellent too. Especially ice latte with oat milk was really good. They don't even charge extra for change the milk with oat milk!!! It was really good… love ya!
