Great place to warm up with coffee or hot chocolate & a fantastic croissant. The baking is something from your dreams. Delicious!

I don't mind tipping but honestly, if you are going to let your staff ask for a tip while not even serving the table it would be nice for them to at least warm up the cold hard bakery ( croissant & chocolatine) from not sure if the day before. It was really unpleasant, & no I did not return to the counter to ask for them to warm it up as there were 15 people doing the line I couldn't get even to them.

Ordered 2 hot cocos & a lemon pie
Lemon pie was tasty, but the hot cocos were room temperature & mostly foam, & tasted terrible. Had to change mine for a coffee. Also waited 15 minutes for the hot cocos + 15 minutes for the bathroom. Staff were friendly
Also 5,50 for a small hot cocos is quite pricey

Nous avons adoré ce café dans le Vieux Québec ! L'accueil est vraiment très chaleureux & le service impeccable. Nous avons pris un thé & un café, tous deux excellents. Petit bonus très appréciable : si vous avez un animal à quatre pattes, il sera le bienvenu & même chouchouté sur place. Une adresse adorable que je recommande sans hésiter !

Amazing place to have a nice breakfast or hang out & do work all morning / all day. The Caprese sandwich aling with the Cortado was superb! Very friendly staff (serving in both French & English) - reminds you why Quebec City is tops!

Schönes Bäckerei-Kette. Gut für ein Frühstück oder auch einen Zwischenstopp. Ambiente in Ordnung aber nichts besonderes. Quebec-typisch recht teuer.

We grabbed lunch here, with a few sandwiches & pastries.
They were very delicious, & the location of the shop was perfect, with city hall & all other attractions around.

On a attendu 10 minutes pour nos cafés aujourd'hui, mais d'autres personnes les ont pris. Il y a un manque d'attention aux détails ; j'ai dû demander à la serveuse ce qui s'était passé. Elle les a juste préparés & ne s'est occupée de rien d'autre.
