Je n'ai jamais eu un aussi mauvais service de toute ma vie. Nous avions reçu de petits certificats cadeaux distribués par Desjardins dans une fête de quartier à proximité. Le certificat avait une valeur monétaire dans les commerces participants de la rue Montcalm. Une fois à la caisse pour payer on m'informe que le certificat n'est pas valide je paye donc sans broncher mes deux cafés. Je précise alors très poliment que lorsqu'on scan le code QR du certificat que café Olive apparaît dans la liste des commerçants ( A titre informatif j'ai déjà payé). C'est à ce moment qu'un homme s'identifiant comme le propriétaire sort de derrière le comptoir pour venir littéralement m'engeuler devant mes deux jeunes enfants, j'ai même du lui demander de quel droit il ose parler aux gens de cette façon car avant son intervention la discussion avec son employé était poli & harmonieuse. J'ai quitté avec mes enfants qui pleurent dans leur chariot d'avoir été témoin a distance de cet homme qui me parle de cette façon. Je ne suis pas le premier commentaire qui souligne le grand manque de savoir vivre & de respect du propriétaire. Première & dernière visite.

Le meilleur café en ville si vous êtes amateur de pour over (V60) de spécialité. Les viennoiseries sont également excellentes. Intime, terrasse agréable.

Abbiamo provato diverse cose: pan suisse, chocolatine e cardamomo bun, tutto buonissimo. Anche le bevande sono fatte molto bene e con cura.
Siamo stati due mattine di seguito in settimana e l'atmosfera era molto tranquilla e piacevole.
