Limited menu, but a very unique & amazing craft coffee experience. Coming from a coffee roaster, one of the best cappuccinos I have ever had. Kind barista.

Amazing local coffee spot with great brews & pastries.
Stumbled upon this place while walking around the neighborhood for some good local spots. The shop was run by two guys who clearly live & breathe coffee. A small counter-service setup, minimalist & focused, serving exclusively beans from La Cabra. I'd only known La Cabra as a bakery in New York, so I was surprised to learn it actually originated as a renowned roastery in Denmark.
Never been fully sold on filtered coffee, but the barista here changed my mind. I tried two different brews. Kenyan & an Ethiopian blend. The Kenyan had a light floral finish that felt complete on its own, while the Ethiopian was fruitier & paired perfectly with the chocolate praline tart I had on the side.
Highly recommend giving them a try. & if you're curious about coffee blends, linger by the counter & chat with the baristas.
Excellente qualité de café, surtout les V60, précis & soignés. L'endroit est souvent plein, & on sent que les baristas doivent aller vite - ils n'ont pas toujours le temps de discuter ou d'expliquer les cafés, mais le résultat en tasse reste impeccable.
A small charming spot for a delicious coffee & sweet break. There was a constant stream of people so you know it is a good place. My barista was friendly & kind (as she patiently suffered through my French. I didn't need to speak French but I do like to).
Un café réellement fantastique, un service génial & de délicieuses délicatesses pâtissières. Oui, c'est un peu plus cher que ta tasse de café habituelle, mais il en vaut largement la peine. En bonus, le barista maîtrise la texture du lait d'avoine. Une expérience incomparable à Québec - clairement un must pour les amateurs de café!
C'est l'un de mes cafés préférés. Mais à un moment donné, un jour, le café a vraiment bon goût, & un autre jour, il ne l'est pas. J'ai découvert que le goût du café varie considérablement selon celui qui le prépare. Tant que la qualité gustative est uniforme & délicieuse, nous pourrons visiter sans nous soucier du goût du café ni être déçu. Nous demandons à tous les baristas d'utiliser toujours des recettes standardisées.
