My husband & I always make a point of finding good coffee when travelling. We tried a few other places that were recommended to us before finding Olive, which became our regular morning stop during our stay in QC. Good quality coffee, excellent service, knew our order (no snootiness about my request for an Americano misto) & loved the little seating nook. One of those places where i'm sad to not be visiting again today or tomorrow or the next day..

I live in Quebec City & to me this is THE best coffee shop you will find!

It's only a little hole in the wall, so don't expect to bring your laptop & stay there working for hours…

& yes, sometimes there are a lot of people, but Sami, the owner, & his staff will always take care of you & your order to perfection!

So make sure to put it on your To Do List when in Quebec City.

The owner is deeply committed to the craft, paying attention to every detail-from the beans & roasting process to even the water used for brewing. The result is exceptional coffee.
