You really can't go wrong with their menu. I highly recommend trying a mix of the wings & the boneless thighs they are juicy so you get the best of both worlds. The crunch & the flavors are spot on. You get several options of sauces. Will definitely be coming back!
Delicious Korean fried chicken with yangnyeom sauce. I also would recommend the Bulgogi bowl with Korean grape tea too. Definitely will return.
We arrived at 7:15 p.m. & placed our order by 7:20 p.m. The website states the restaurant closes at 8:00 p.m., so we expected to have enough time to enjoy our meal. When we entered, the staff especially the female staff at the counter seemed visibly displeased, as they had already started cleaning. Shortly after we ordered, we were told we had to finish by 7:40 because they would continue closing procedures. Our food was served around 7:35, leaving us less than five minutes to eat, so we had to rush through the meal.
As English-speaking visitors in a French-speaking town, we couldn't help but feel a bit unwelcome. Later, a group of local French-speaking teenagers arrived & were not given the same time restriction, which made the situation feel inconsistent.
The fried chicken was quite delicious, & we do want to give credit for the food quality. I also left a tip, even though it was counter service & we cleared our own table. Unfortunately, the overall experience left us feeling disappointed.
Fried chicken is better & larger in size than what you get in the surrounding Toronto KFC (Korean Fried Chicken) locations.
Food was good, especially the fried chicken. What came to a surprise to me was that they don't have hot/spicy source.
Then the service experience was not very good. I paid tip when ordering the food, & chose the middle tier option. After done eating, we left the plates on table. To my surprise, the front-desk person ran all the way out of the store from the front desk & asked us to return the plates from the table to the front desk.
Maybe this is a culture shock, as I thought the tip is for the service.
The best korean restaurant i have ever tried the fried chicken bery yummy but coleslaw salad not good
I wish I could leave a review as well written as the food over here. One bite of the fried chicken & the first thing I said to my wife was'we need to order more right now'.
I had the chicken bap & she had the bulgogi bowl & we ordered a 4oz side of the kimchi.
The chicken is definitely the highlight of this cozy & very Korean restaurant but I'd also like to draw attention to the flavour of the lettuce & the subtle sweetness it was coated in.
Quebec City is certainly blessed to have such a charming & incredible restaurant. Can't wait to come again.
Made food to order, good for fried chicken. Can provide some extra sauces to make the experience better, Back rest for chairs will make the dining more comfortable.Order ahead if in hurry before you come in, there signature chicken sauce is good.
Great place for delicious korean fried chicken, freshly made to order. The kimchi was excellent, while the Bulgogi was less sweet & fruity, than I am used too, it was still very enjoyable & flavorful. The staff was friendly & the kitchen looked very clean. There were enough parking spaces out front. Overall, a great experience!
