Truly an incredible dining experience. Service was excellent, food was delicious (we did the fixed menu), & the wine pairing was lovely. Would highly recommend.

I sat at the bar & opted for the tasting menu without the wine pairings. The food was delicious, but what absolutely made my night was my very knowledgeable & gracious bartender. Honestly, his old fashioned stole the show from my first course. & the drinks just kept on getting better & better. My favorite course was the turbot - delicate & fresh, the rhubarb broth was lovely. Thank you to my approachable server/mixologist extraordinaire who introduced me to a whole other world of cocktails. (Who knew: me & sherry?!?) Definitely include this establishment on your must try list for Quebec City.

In a word: exceptional! Lovely, inventive menu. Gorgeous presentation but not just fluff. Incredible taste pairings. Impressive wine list. Ben our server couldn't have been more accommodating. A Quebec City must!

The four course tasting was a treat! Everything was fresh & prepared to perfection. I would recommend the signature wine pairing also... it completed the experience. The service was also amazing!

This was probably one of the best meals I have ever had. The food, presentation, service, atmosphere -- all were exceptional. We were a party of 4 adults & all of us enjoyed the prix fixe "surprise" meal. Everything was awesome. I could recount all the courses, but I understand that they change this up fairly regularly. Our waiter., Gregory, offered the flights of wine, but we instead asked for a single bottle that would pair well with the entire meal. Not knowing what he would be bringing, his wine recommendation was perfect. I cannot say enough good things.

We spent the week in QC & had dinner here for our wedding anniversary. We opted for the 10 year menu & loved the food & wine pairings. Everything was delicious. The ambiance & the service were great. Would return & would highly recommend!

We have fairly extensive experience with this restaurant but this was our first visit since the COVID-19 pandemic. This time the food ranged from 3 to 4 regarding overall enjoyment, though the quality of ingredients was high. Some dishes were simply overdone - the asparagus entree had a fried soft-boiled egg & two different sauces for $25. The three asparagus spears were good quality, prepared well, but would have done fine on their own without the Hollandaise-like sauce, egg, etc. The arctic char preparation was just the opposite, rather underworked & boring with some purple carrots & a dollop of a sauce which added some interest. The pasta dish was tasty but very unusual, deviating far from its Italian roots & well into creative Quebec-inspired territory regarding incorporated flavors. The desserts were rather pedestrian. The ordered mixed drink was virtually undrinkable, the bottle of cidre recommended by our server was likewise not particularly enjoyable. The choice of wines by the glass was very limited. The bill was high yet the experience was variable as noted above, the most expensive dinner of our trip, but it ranked third out of four restaurant meals.
