The food is 10/10 & the drinks are 11/10!! Loved the staff & atmosphere was everything we could have hoped for in Quebec City!!
Very friendly service, a cozy & casual atmosphere, & delicious dishes with an original mix of ingredients. However, I was disappointed to see a discrepancy in the final price of the duck risotto. On the menu, it was listed as $29 plus $15 (total $44), but I was charged $45 on the bill. Even if the difference is just $1, the prices charged should always match what is displayed on the menu. Transparency & accuracy in billing are very important for customer trust.
Louis, the owner, was an exquisite host! We are not from the area & he wrote down a list of restaurants & bars for us to go to that he & his wife favor. We will be back next time we visit Quebec!
I went to this restaurant yesterday! The food was amazing! That was the first meal we take in Quebec city, & today I stay in another restaurant & finish the second day's dinner right now, & I realize this might be the best French restaurant in the whole city! If you don't order wine the price won't go that high. ( I just edited it, I went here October 2024)
amazing delicious food & super cute spot on a quiet street! highly recommend!!!!
We chose this place after the first two places we tried were booked. THANK GOODNESS! We shared the Escargot Au Gratin. It was great. My wife had the shrimp & lobster roll. I had the mushroom risotto. We loved all of it. The atmosphere was cozy. The service was excellent. Can't say enough good things
Had dinner here recently with family. Escargot & French onion soup were nice. Unfortunately my chair suddenly broke under me & I fell hard to the ground, my table fell & glasses broke in the process. Staff apologized but that was the extent of the managing of the event to my knowledge. Hope they pay more attention to quality & safety of their establishment in the future.
Very authentic & away from the tourist trap. Amazing mushroom risotto (with duck) & the tartare was great too
