Chicken was melt in your mouth tender & delicious. Duck was a bit tough but tasty & all the accompaniments were delicious. Maple brownie for dessert was five star. On a very busy Mother's Day evening, the service was topnotch. Our waitress was very friendly & never acted rushed even though the place was packed. Been years since we have dined in a revolving restaurant, but on a beautiful spring evening, it was a great way to get a birdseye view of the city.

I celebrated by 70th birthday at Ciel! It was a magical evening with great food & great service. Our waitress, Maude, let us linger over our cocktails before ordering the duck confit with foie gras tortellini & the beef cheek with red wine jus. She was so gracious & let us enjoy the sunset view of the city & the evening lights. She also surprised me at the end of the meal with a chocolate dessert with a handwritten birthday card. She had written it in French because she remembered that I said I could read French better than speaking it. It was so unexpected & delightful. I will never forget that night. I highly recommend the food & the experience.

One of the best rooftop restaurants we have had the pleasure of dining at in Quebec City. The staff was very professional, polite & friendly. They regularly checked in with us to make sure we had the best experience. Our food arrived at good intervals & made the dining experience very pleasant. The food was very appealing to the eyes & was delicious. The price was good & portions matched our expectations.

The restaurant views were spectacular at sunset & we had a very memorable night.

We'd like to thank the staff & our server for an amazing dining experience & for making us feel welcomed guests.

Would recommend this for a special occasion or a memorable family gathering.

This was a super cool place for a fancy dinner. Over the span of our meal we got a 360° view on Quebec city & watched the sunset. The food & drinks were excellent as well as the service.

Pleasant staff.
Comfortable seating, novel atmosphere revolving panorama.
WAY overpriced dishes. Good, but not very good, small portions blandly presented.
Seems the menu hasn't changed for a very long time.
View is the big sale, sorry

Finding parking is a nightmare, wanted to use the valet parking with the hotel but never found it. Ended up using street parking. Value of going was only in the atmosphere & view, but windows were very dirty so not good for pictures. Small portions. I had the chicken which was seared & I was underwhelmed by it & the portion size. 1 meal came at the same time as our shared shrimp app. The shrimp app only had 3 shrimps. Then the other 2 meals came afterwards. Main dishes came warm but not hot. I left still feeling hungry. I found that our server had in-genuine friendliness towards us & no warm goodbye after payment (note - Anglophone parent with 2 older children).

This was recommended by our host at the Airbnb we were staying at. It did not disappoint! In fact may have been the highlight of our trip to Quebec City. Our daughter was so amazed that the restaurant revolved. It was the perfect was to view the city on a cold evening.
The waiter was fun & helpful. The food was delicious.
