Premier restaurant depuis la réouverture ! Menu restreint mais, c'était un vrai délice avec l'ajout des huîtres & la table de fromage & charcuterie. Comme à habitude, tout était à la hauteur de votre réputation. Une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle dans un décors magnifique. Le seul petit point c'est le début du service qui a été long & nous devions manger rapidement le dessert suite au couvre feu.
