The real shining star here is the service & the atmosphere. Wonderful staff!! The food was okay & a bit expensive for breakfast; the buffet was a bit paltry both in offerings & stocking (everything was very low on stock for meats,cheeses etc) BUT it is free with your breakfast BUT breakfast is $39CAD so not cheap.

Highly recommended booking with Amex if you can as the perks are fantastic with great room rates, $100 food & bev credit & 2 free breakfasts. 💕💕💕

Beautiful restaurant & very creative fresh food. Had both options (traditional & vegetarian) & each course was original & delicious. Love the option of 3 or 7 courses. The staff were all extremely friendly & knowledgeable. Wonderful highly recommended experience in Quebec City.

Le 25 février dernier, nous avons eu le privilège de vivre une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle Chez Muffy, & nous ne pouvons que remercier chaleureusement notre agente de voyage, Marjo de Deztination, qui nous l'a chaudement recommandé & a pris soin de réserver pour nous.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'atmosphère chaleureuse & élégante du restaurant, où le service attentionné & professionnel nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Chaque plat du menu dégustation 7 services était une véritable oeuvre d'art, tant visuellement qu'au niveau des saveurs. Des ingrédients d'une fraîcheur remarquable, des associations audacieuses & un équilibre parfait dans chaque bouchée - un pur ravissement pour les papilles!

Mention spéciale pour l'accord mets & vins, qui a sublimé chaque assiette & enrichi notre expérience gastronomique. L'attention portée aux détails, tant dans la présentation que dans l'harmonie des saveurs, témoigne du talent & de la passion du chef & de son équipe.

On February 25th, we had the privilege of experiencing an exceptional culinary journey at Chez Muffy, & we can't thank our travel agent, Marjo from Deztination, enough for highly recommending it & taking care of the reservation for us.

From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the restaurant's warm & elegant atmosphere, where the attentive & professional service immediately made us feel at ease. Each dish from the 7-course tasting menu was a true masterpiece-both visually & in terms of flavors. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, the pairings bold yet harmonious, & every bite was perfectly balanced-a pure delight for the taste buds!

A special mention goes to the wine pairings, which elevated each dish & enriched our gastronomic experience. The attention to detail, both in presentation & in the harmony of flavors, reflects the talent & passion of the chef & the entire team.

We leave enchanted by this memorable evening & wholeheartedly recommend Chez Muffy to all fine dining enthusiasts. A huge thank you to Marjo from Deztination for this perfect suggestion-it was an absolutely magical moment that we hope to relive very soon!

My boyfriend & I enjoyed a very lovely brunch at Chez Muffy on our recent trip to Québec City. The servers were warm, gracious, & attentive & made our experience outstanding & memorable. We admired the beauty of the restored building - the character of the stone walls & exposed wooden beams, as well as the comfort of the spectacular fireplace, & elegant black metal staircase. We were even fortunate enough to receive an impromptu tour of the space by one of the servers, as my boyfriend was very curious to see the upper level of the space! The generous hospitality we received on our visit was truly heartwarming. The brunch itself was delicious. We loved the flavour & full body of the coffee that was served, as well as the pastries that we enjoyed - croissants, pain du chocolate. The à la carte breakfast options were excellent & the presentation of the food was done at a very high level. I loved that we were given a small pot of coffee for our table that was generously refilled. Chez Muffy is in the Auberge Saint-Antoine - a magnificent historically redone building, designed impeccably & thoughtfully. We enjoyed learning from the historical displays, (much like a museum), & we appreciated the beautiful decor & elegant restoration of the Artifact Bar as well with intimately designed spaces. We truly enjoyed our experience here. Our brunch at Chez Muffy was definitely one of the highlights of our trip - we highly recommend it!! Merci beaucoup!!

From the minute we walked in an hour early, everyone was wonderful. Each & every person that we encountered was polite & attentive. The food was beautiful, & everything was delicious. From the first bite to the last. We had the Holiday tasting menu. The atmosphere was relaxed & inviting. The best meal on our visit. Highly recommend.

Chez Muffy provided a wonderful Christmas Eve experience with delicious food, attentive service, & a cozy, homely atmosphere. The warm decor & inviting ambiance created a perfect holiday setting. The menu highlighted locally sourced ingredients, showcasing the best of Quebec's culinary traditions. I highly recommend this restaurant & look forward to returning on my next visit to Quebec City
