Le 25 février dernier, nous avons eu le privilège de vivre une expérience culinaire exceptionnelle Chez Muffy, & nous ne pouvons que remercier chaleureusement notre agente de voyage, Marjo de Deztination, qui nous l'a chaudement recommandé & a pris soin de réserver pour nous.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été charmés par l'atmosphère chaleureuse & élégante du restaurant, où le service attentionné & professionnel nous a immédiatement mis à l'aise. Chaque plat du menu dégustation 7 services était une véritable oeuvre d'art, tant visuellement qu'au niveau des saveurs. Des ingrédients d'une fraîcheur remarquable, des associations audacieuses & un équilibre parfait dans chaque bouchée - un pur ravissement pour les papilles!

Mention spéciale pour l'accord mets & vins, qui a sublimé chaque assiette & enrichi notre expérience gastronomique. L'attention portée aux détails, tant dans la présentation que dans l'harmonie des saveurs, témoigne du talent & de la passion du chef & de son équipe.

Nous repartons enchantés de cette soirée mémorable & recommandons sans hésitation Chez Muffy à tous les amateurs de haute gastronomie. Un grand merci à Marjo de Deztination pour cette suggestion parfaite - ce fut un moment absolument magique que nous espérons revivre très bientôt!

On February 25th, we had the privilege of experiencing an exceptional culinary journey at Chez Muffy, & we can't thank our travel agent, Marjo from Deztination, enough for highly recommending it & taking care of the reservation for us.

From the moment we arrived, we were charmed by the restaurant's warm & elegant atmosphere, where the attentive & professional service immediately made us feel at ease. Each dish from the 7-course tasting menu was a true masterpiece-both visually & in terms of flavors. The ingredients were remarkably fresh, the pairings bold yet harmonious, & every bite was perfectly balanced-a pure delight for the taste buds!

A special mention goes to the wine pairings, which elevated each dish & enriched our gastronomic experience. The attention to detail, both in presentation & in the harmony of flavors, reflects the talent & passion of the chef & the entire team.

We leave enchanted by this memorable evening & wholeheartedly recommend Chez Muffy to all fine dining enthusiasts. A huge thank you to Marjo from Deztination for this perfect suggestion-it was an absolutely magical moment that we hope to relive very soon!

Chez Muffy was perfection! The 7-course blind tasting menu was incredible & even more remarkable was the thoughtful wine pairing- which elevated each dish. We already can't wait to return. A magical Quebec Cite dinner experience. Merci beaucoup, Chez Muffy!

By far the best dining experience I had in Quebec City. Amazing staff & very welcoming. We ordered the tasting menu with wine pairing 2 people for a total of about $500 USD which is less then another restaurant we tried. You could tell there was passion & art involved & over all it was a great experience. I highly recommend.

Don't hesitate to reserve here. The tasting menu is amazing. Chef was nice enough to accommodate a slight change for one of our family who was vegetarian & kept it all in the same flavors. Also don't hesitate to try the pairing of wines. They are knowledgeable & each selection accentuated flavors. You will not leave hungry & the staff are sweet. A must do again & again for me.

Lovely restaurant with very inventive & delightful flavor pairings. The atmosphere was very pleasant & quiet, with a lovely fireplace & soft music playing in the background. The portions are reasonable (think French cuisine) & the delay between courses perfect. Well worth the price. Perhaps my favorite restaurant in Quebec City this visit.

We were at Chez Muffy last night. It has a beautiful atmosphere & the service was good, but for the price, it is substandard to the other high end restaurants that we have visited during our stay in Quebec. Our bill was $650 for 2 of us. One of us had the wine pairing & we had the tasting menu, $120 for 4 courses. However, they charged extra for the fish dish & extra for another dish. Most of the dishes were just not THAT special. Some quite bland tasting. The quantity & quality/taste of the food did not come close to the other restaurants & certainly didn't warrant the price.
We ate at some amazing restaurants while in Quebec.. paid similar prices OR LESS. At the other restaurants we walked away feeling "Wow!" At Chez Muffy, we were completely disappointed & felt cheated!
