Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Lovely experience throughout. The wait staff were attentive without being overly so, the whole meal was well paced. The food was beautifully portioned & presented & delicious . The blood pudding stuffed cabbage roll was so good that my husband had to hold himself back from licking the plate! Highly recommend this restaurant.

We enjoyed ourselves very much. The food was really excellent, the service warm & attentive. It is not a "tourist spot" & located a little out of the way. One feels like this is where local people go for dinner. This is one of the best restaurants we have tried in Quebec City, & we would highly recommend it.

An amazing meal in a spacious, calm setting.
Wait staff were attentive, efficient, friendly but unobtrusive, filling water glasses & pouring wine as needed. We opted for the three appetizer option having reached a point in our lives when smaller plates of multiple ingredients are more to our liking.
The wine list is extensive: something for every palette & pocket.
A truly memorable Quebec City experience.

Birthday lunch for 2 was excellent. The porc à l'érable was well prepared. The service was attentive. I wish every day was my birthday. We will be back for sure.

Wonderful ambience, friendly & attentive service & the food was delicious! Our daughters age eight & twelve were offered a childrens menu but selected from both menus - they were well catered for. Our waiter went out of his way to seek help from the Barman to make our girls a non-alcoholic mixed drink that they didn't know. Great place for a special family meal. Highly recommended.
