The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Ris de veau: très bon
Pintade: très fade, très petite portion pour le prix 36$
Service très impersonnel & froid. À améliorer vraiment.
Expérience un peu frustrante. On y retournera pas.

Accueil & service courtois & professionnel. Portions inégales, selon les entrées & les plats principaux; variant de minimales a moyennes. La cuisse de canard était noyée par les lentilles & la morue n'était pas soutenue par là pétoncle promise. Rapport qualité & prix n'etaient pas au rendez-vous.
