Quelle belle surprise pour notre voyage d'une journée à Québec qui a commencé par le lunch à l'Échaudé. C'était la première fois que nous y allions avec un groupe d'amis & nous avons été emballé par notre expérience à tous les niveaux! Le restaurant est proche de la Gare du Palais & se fait très bien à pied. Très beau restaurant. L'accueil fut chaleureux ainsi que le service & la qualité du repas, tout cela à un prix très raisonnable dont certains vins à prix modique. Nous y retournerons certainement lors de notre prochain séjour. À bientôt!

Un resto que nous affectionnons particulièrement. Nous y allons à chacun de nos séjours à Québec. Bien situé dans le vieux port. Environnement sympathique. Accueil chaleureux. Ambiance décontractée. Personnel attentionné & compétent. Cocktails & apéros faits avec des produits du terroir. Plats de grande qualité apprêtés avec goût & originalité. Bonne carte de vin. Un détour à faire. Nous y retournerons encore.

Pour moi, l'Echaudé, c'est une pause salutaire quand je reviens à Québec. Comme disait Proust, l'importance d'être constant. L'Echaude c'est toujours la même qualité. Merci.
