The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Bien que je ne suis pas un client régulier, toutes mes visites confirment: quelle qualité de la cuisine, &, un service totalement hors pair! Étant de l'extérieur, L'Échaudé est un must à chacune de nos visites à Québec!

De l' apéro au digestif tout à été délicieux ; personnels chaleureux & très attentif à nos demandes. Qualité de nourriture exceptionnel . À recommander les yeux fermés .

Très bon restaurant offrant un bon rapport qualité-prix. Très bonne table qui n'offre pas de la haute gastronomie, mais dont les plats sont tout de même très bien travaillés & très bien exécutés (mon conjoint a pris l'agneau & il était tendre à souhait!). À notre arrivée, la serveuse nous a parlé de son menu à l'aveugle que nous n'avons pas essayé car puisque c'était notre première visite mais honnêtement la table d'à côté l'a essayé & ça me semblait une très bonne valeur (surtout que ça incluait l'accord mets-vin). Est-ce que j'y retournerais? Oui, certainement! Prix, pour 2 pour 3 services, sans le vin (si vous ne prenez pas le menu à l'aveugle qui revient bien moins cher), attendez-vous à payer autour de 130$+ le vin $$).
