Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Accueil chaleureux. Décor agréable. Excellent menu, varié & heureux mélange de saveurs. Présentation. impeccable & produits de qualité. Personnel aimable & bien disposé à répondre aux attentes. Avons passé un très beau moment. Toujours un plaisir de se retrouver à l'Èchaudé.
