The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Tout était SUPER! La bonne humeur des employés, la qualité du repas, le coût du repas (à midi) vraiment intéressant. Ce fut un moment très agréable passé avec ma maman. MERCI!

Quelle belle & bonne soirée nous avons passée!
L'accueil & le service étaient très chouettes - notre serveuse très sympa avec un sens de l'humour formidable! -, la nourriture était de grande qualité, avec de nombreuses options sans gluten (merci!) & le vin était juste wow! On reviendra!

Accueil & service courtois & professionnel. Portions inégales, selon les entrées & les plats principaux; variant de minimales a moyennes. La cuisse de canard était noyée par les lentilles & la morue n'était pas soutenue par là pétoncle promise. Rapport qualité & prix n'etaient pas au rendez-vous.
