Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Nourriture très créative, touches originales (entrée par exemple, la coppa faite maison (viande fumée) , dessert aussi: crème brûlée au mélilot), service très chaleureux, amicale & attentionné. Ambiance agréable, on se sentait très à l'aise avec nos inquiétudes COVID,. À recommander, 10/10. Nous avons très hâte à retourner aussitôt que la térasse sera ouverte!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre soirée à L'Échaudé. L'ambiance, le service, le repas, croûton de chèvre suivi de tartares de saumon & mi-cuit, tout était parfait. Nous avons aussi été bien conseillés pour le vin. Nous recommandons!
