Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . My wife & I, plus two close friends, wanted a casual & easy brunch. Our hotel, Le Germain in Quebec, recommended L'Echaude. We were not disappointed.

Upon arrival we were seated outside & immediately had a rapport with our server. To start a drink followed by some delicious brunch food.

The quality of the food was extremely high as was the level of service.

I would recommend L'Echaude - for brunch on a Sunday or for an evening meal.

Ce restaurant me fût recommandé par un ami. Le service était d'ailleurs excellent. Nous avons bien apprécié notre expérience. Les entrées & les repas principaux étaient savoureux & bien présentés. Une ambiance de resto bien agréable.
