Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe. Ce fut une expérience culinaire extraordinaire. Mon thon rouge fondait dans la bouche & mes amies ont elles aussi adoré leurs repas. Nous étions venues manger à votre restaurant sur recommandation d'une amie & nous y retournerons & le recommanderons assurément .

My wife & I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at L'Echaude on a cold Friday in the fall. The service was top-notch; we never had to touch the bottle of wine we ordered as a server was always ready to fill our glass. The food was like the service: impeccable. I enjoyed the venison special, which was far more tender & moist than any deer-camp preparation i've had in the past, & balanced perfectly with an artichoke puree. My wife had the vegetarian entree, which clearly was not an afterthought on the menu as so many vegetarian dishes can be. After dinner, the host spent some time providing recommendations of other places in the area to grab a drink. With service to match the food, I'd strongly recommend L'Echaude to tourist & local alike.

Came for dinner. Very cute patio. Had tartare & deer tounge for apps, both were delicious. Main meal was mignon & duck confit, both were very delicious. Chocolate tarte for dessert - delicious & creme brûlée (a little too sweet). Service was great. Would recommend for a nice dinner.

We had a truly lovely & memorable meal at L'Echaudé. The ambiance is inviting, the service friendly & attentive, & the food delicious. I had the guinea hen which was cooked perfectly & wonderfully seasoned with a sauce & vegetables that were equally tasty. I would definitely recommend & return to this restaurant.

Awesome cuisine. The best Beef Tartare I ever had - even better than Brassiere Lipp in Paris! Great ambiance & service too. I highly recommend this authentic restaurant.

The ambiance, food, selection was awesome! Both my husband & I were able to find something, since there was variety. Service was touch-&-go...took some time for the server to check in on drinks, refills, placing orders, getting the check. Yes, they were busy, but there was adequate staff. Even tables seated after us with the same waiter were done, out before us. Perhaps it's a cultural difference, but for 2 of us we were there well over 2 hours for dinner, 1 dessert. If you have lots of time & patience, I definitely recommend for the food!

A fine restaurant, somewhat Parisian in atmosphere. I liked both the food & the wine -- the food very good, the wine exceptional in everything but price. Highly recommended for a less than ruinous price!
