The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

Un superbe restaurant avec une magnifique terrasse ensoleillé. La décoration intérieur est moderne & très belle. Les plats sont très bon, bien élaboré & le service est impeccable. Large choix de plats & de vins. Je ne peux que recommandé cette établissement quand vous êtes au petit Champlain dans la veille ville de Québec.

One of our fav meals in QC. Room is sophisticated & service very professional. Food is fantastic. Cocktails are expert. It's in a somewhat desserted area near the port, but a perfect location a quick walk from Musee Civilization & the Place Royal. Highly recommend.

Wow! My husband & I ate dinner here one night. The server was so nice & attentive. We had the warm goat cheese appetizer & it was great. I had the wagyu steak & it was incredible. My husband had the duck leg confit & loved it. For dessert I had the Tonka bean creme brulee & it's the best creme brulee I've ever had. 10/10 & highly recommend.

Bonne adresse à Quebec : Petite portion pour les entrées, nous recommandons le tarte de boeuf & de saumon, un sans faute. Plat copieux & délicieux. Serveurs français à l'écoute & sympathique. Nous recommandons !

Belle expérience pour une soirée de la St-Valentin 2024. Bon conseil du service pour le choix du vin (très vaste choix!). Bien mangé (le menu). Seul bémol, un dessert trop sucré, qui mériterais de pouvoir terminer le repas sur une note plus agréable. Je recommande néanmoins

We had a wonderful experience at L'Échaudé last week. We were seated promptly, the restaurant was vibrant but not loud or annoying, & the service was excellent. We had some dietary restrictions to deal with, but the staff was very accommodating & helpful in that respect, & we had no issues getting a delicious meal that met our needs. The food & wine selections were also excellent, & everything came out well prepared in a timely manner. I highly recommend this place & wouldn't hesitate to go back myself!
