The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Very good food & service. The goat cheese perfect, duck confit well done & sample of desserts fine. The local icewine was very special & very good with the desserts. A hint of maple syrup in the icewine. OWould definetly recommend this place for dinner of you like new french cusine.

Très déçu. Notre repas sans gluten n'était pas digne d'être nommé de la fine cuisine. Une cuisse de canard confit qui était en faite une simple cuisse grillé. Des pétoncles poêlée tout à fait ordinaire. Un cocktail au rum servit dans une coupe à Martini pour un prix exagéré de 15$. Dans tous les restaurants que j'ai visité, un cocktail est un verre de 8 ou 10 Oz de breuvages & même plus! Une facture beaucoup trop élevée pour la qualité de la nourriture. Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant.
