The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

I booked the restaurant to celebrate my wife's birthday, I did not want a tourist trap kind of restaurant in the center of Quebec Old City.
This place did not disappoint, the staff were excellent, food was amazing & wine selection vast.
I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We had the Halibut & the Rabbit for dinner. Both were unbelievably good. Staff took good care of us in both official languages. Recommend maling a reservation,as it was extremely busy.

Superbe emplacement près des fenêtres. Merci!
Service très courtois, très bons conseils du sommelier, Laurie était très attentionnée pour ma mère dont c'était l'anniversaire.
Ambiance calme & reposante.
Repas excellent & très bien présenté.
C'est un endroit que je recommande!
