Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . What a wonderful experience! All the courses were inventive & incredibly tasty. Our servers were charming & efficient- they made sure that we were happy with everything. Highly recommend! This is no ordinary bistro restaurant!

Accueil chaleureux, service très professionnel tout en étant détendu. Des plats originaux confectionnés avec des produits du terroir, goûteux & généreux. Quelques détails à améliorer dans certains plats mais une bonne table que je recommanderais.

Une institution à Québec, à L'Échaudé la nourriture est excellente, le service est hors-pair & la carte des vins, sublime. Je vous le recommande fortement.. de plus, on y rencontre aussi des vedettes! Hier cétait Ludacris!!!
