The corn chowder was over salted. Beef tartare was excellent. Dessert was awful (3 bite... sorbet, citrus cake & chocolate mousse, the cake & mousse part of dessert was like something out of the grocery store freezer).

Service was excellent. Food was OK, not great. Wagyu beef dish was chewy with a fair amount of gristle. Both the beef & salmon tartare appetizers were superb!

Nous avons été dans les premiers clients à arriver & nous avons dû attendre plus de 30 minutes pour avoir l'apéro.
Il fallait demander au serveur de débarrasser nos verres vides.
La présentation du tartare de boeuf devrait être repenser, le tataki de cerf & boudin était bien.
Les légumes d'accompagnement du plat principal n'étaient pas juste al dente ils étaient crus, mais la cuisson du Wagu était parfaite.
Je ne pense pas revenir les prix sont gonflés vu l'emplacement du restaurant.

Trouvé par hasard, voilà un restaurant à ne pas manquer, tout y est :l'accueil, l'écoute, l'attention & bien sûr la qualité de la cuisine ! Des huîtres, une soupe aux champignons, une terrine de bœuf, un tartare coupé au couteau, une salade de chèvre chaud, une tarte sucrée ! Un délice ! Merci pour ce bon moment ! 🙏�

Je vais toujours à ce restaurant lorsque je vais à Québec
Mais cette fois nous avons été tres déçu
L'entrée de saumon était plus qu'ordinaire, la burrata avec piment ne goûtait rien & mon tartare était correct mais mes frites étaient froide
Je ne pense pas y retourne

Le menu a beaucoup de variété, mais pas trop chargé. Le service a été impeccable & très rapide. Le serveur était courtois & amusant. Nous avons mangé un tartare de saumon & de boeuf, ils étaient excellents, tout comme les accompagnements. Seul bémol, le restaurant est petit alors on se sent un peu à l'étroit, mais il ne faut pas s'empêcher d'y aller pour autant.
