Excellent repas & très bonne suggestion de vin de la serveuse pour accompagner nos tartares de boeuf. comme à l'habitude un service hors pair. Petite suggestion: est-ce que le tartare de boeuf pourrait comporter les options légèrement, modérément ou très relevé? Ce serait un plus mais cela ne nous emp^chera pas de retourner à votre restaurant.

Excellent overall. Had a great server (last year when I ate here, I wasn't so impressed by the server but this time they weee great). He made excellent suggestions & was patient in explaining things. The food was also excellent. Best steak tartare I've had.

My first meal in Quebec city, & it was superb! I had a glass of Sauvignon Blanc that pairs well w/ creamed mushroom soup - the smoked scallops were the star of this dish but the lobster was a perfect portion to get a few bites with each spoonful. Their classic beef tartare is not to be missed! Perfect amount of brininess to balance the exceptional beef. My dessert of a pistachio & mascarpone cake with orange blossoms/raspberry sorbet was consumed embarrassingly fast - it was lovely. My subsequent meals in this gastronomic city have a lot to live up to! Thank you to my kind server who was gracious & attentive, but allowed me time to enjoy my meal as I perused my many photos of sightseeing on my phone.

The food was good but the service not so much. We sat outside because the waitress said she could turn on the heat lamp but when ask she never did. They served us a drink but never check back in at least 40 minutes to see if we wanted another. We waited 50 minutes for our appetizer "salmon tartare". It was a late dinner, our reservation was 8:30pm so the restaurant wasn't super full to explain the time we waited. Our waitress needs training. A lot of back & forward with nothing in her hands. We were left with dirty/empty dishes on our table.

Great food, good atmosphere! Oysters weren't shucked properly.... Otherwise, main dish (ray fin & salmon tartare) was good. Service was good.

L'accueil & le service était impeccable, comme à l'habitude, par contre les frites servies avec mon tartare de saumon étaient beaucoup trop salées, je regrette de ne pas en avoir demandé d'autres non salées.
