Le lieu est sobre & distingué.
La cuisine est excellente.
J'ai pris un tartare en entrée qui était bien relevé.
En plat principal, j'ai voulu tenté l'expérience avec la confit de canard & je n'ai pas été déçue.
Les légumes en accompagnement étaient très bien aussi.
Le dessert...
Un biscuit madeleine avé un crémeux fines herbes & citron.
L'assemblage des saveurs nous fait nous demander pourquoi personne n'y a pensé avant.
Le service en salle était attentionné.
C'était excellent sur toute la ligne.

J'ai bien apprécié ma visite à ce restaurant vendredi dernier. Serveur & employés aux petits soins.

Le service était excellent & je vous recommande surtout leur tartare de boeuf!

Nous avons pris tartare de boeuf comme entre & bavette de boeuf en plat principal. Portion parfaite & excellent comme saveur. Seul bémol pour ma part est la carte des vins qui est tres dispendieuse n'étant pas un grand connaisseur, la bouteille la moins cher etait a 55$ si ma memoire est bonne. sinon je recommande a tous, personnel impécable & service super !

I had the salmon tartare for lunch. & I had the venison pate as a starter. The meal was excellent paired with a thoughtful white wine. Service was unobtrusive, but thoughtful. Very pleasant ambiance.
