Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Ma première expérience fut en 1984. Depuis jy retourne sans hésitation. Service sympathique sans être rigide. Bonne carte des vins ,tartare délicieux, ambiance festive . Bref ce resto est dans mon top 5 à Québec . De retour très bientôt

La nourriture, le service & l'ambiance étaient au rendez-vous. C'est la deuxième fois que nous mangeons à l'échaudé & ce ne sera probablement pas la dernière! Je recommande les tartares.

Très belle terrasse. Très bon service. Tartares excellents. Par contre la sauce de la bavette manquait un peu de goût. Le dessert à partager est super.
