Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Expérience décevante; on nous a d'abord servi de l'eau tiède qui était probablement restée sur la terrasse un certain temps, mais bon, ce n'est que de l'eau. La suite n'est guère mieux. Le contre-filet servi à mon conjoint est caoutchouteux, & sans saveur. Mon tartare de boeuf, que j'ai demandé bien relevé, ne l'est pas. Il y a des morceaux de boeuf très grossiers difficiles à mastiquer. Mes frites sont tièdes...donc, repas on ne peut plus décevant. Seul point positif, le serveur est sympathique & conscient de notre déception. Il a compensé notre insatisfaction en nous offrant le dessert gratuitement. Ces derniers étaient bons.

La nourriture a été excellente. Très beau repas dehors sur la terrasse. Mais le serveur m'a ignoré à plusieurs reprises, & parlait à mon mari seulement. J'ai trouvé ça un peu bizarre. Il a posé des questions surtout à mon mari. Je n'ai pas apprécié cette attitude.
