Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Excellent restaurant. Lorsque je vais à Québec pour moi c'est un incontournable. Jolie terrasse, service impeccable. Tout est très bon.

En général très bien mais quelques suggestions s'imposent: dès 13h, les ris de veau n'étaient plus disponibles... la salade grecque était minimale, voire même insuffisante, il ne restait que 2 soupes froides. Après, le tartare de boeuf était trop grossièrement coupée (celui de saumon était pourtant o.k.). Le service était excellent & le vin (Pocas) parfait! Nous aurions aimé manger en terrasse mais comprenons que l'espace est exigu pour 6.

Toujours un plaisir d'y retourner pour la nourriture, la gentillesse du personnel, la belle terrasse. Cuisine savoureuse & bien exécutée. Table d'hôte ayant un très bon rapport qualité prix .
