Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Nous avions choisi l'Échaudé pour souligner l'anniversaire de mon fils. Quel bonheur ! Tout était parfait ! Entrée, repas, dessert...& un magnifique service, attentif à notre humeur & à nos besoins. & nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse chauffée.

Un des meilleurs restaurants de Québec, sans aucun doute. La cuisine est élaborée, fine & très bien présentée. Le choix des vins excellent. Le service très bon. Aucune critique à faire sinon le fait que la salle soit très bruyante. La terrasse doit être particulièrement agréable en été.

Lovely restaurant. Nice mènu. I had the salmon tartare & my husband had the fish soup. Both dishes were delicious. The service was attentive. We sat outside on the terrasse. We recommend & we will return.
