The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

C'est notre 4è ou 5à visite à L'Échaudée & en aucun temps nous n'avons été déçus: service impeccable, nourriture de 1ère classe, ambiance très agréable, une carte des vins plus que respectable. Voilà ce que nous y trouvons fois après fois. Bravo & bonne continuation!

Restaurant bien placé dans une petite ruelle a l'écart du bruit.
l'accueil est bon & malgré une arrivé des plats un peu longue les plats sont excelents, nous avons mangé notre meilleur fois gras, une viande tendre cuisiné a la perfection acompagné d'un petit vin quebecois lui aussi savoureux. Nous reviendrons avec certitude & nous le recommandons. Ludovic & Julie
