The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

Restaurant agréable à prix raisonnable, Large choix de plats originaux & excellents. Bon rapport qualité / prix. Service efficace & très sympathique. Salle agréable & pas trop bruyante. Carte des vins incroyable, une multitude de sélection en provenance de France principalement, mais aussi d'autres régions du monde. Choix varié en demi bouteilles & au verre aussi.
