Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Words don't adequately describe the supreme culinary experience that we enjoyed at L'Echaude last evening. The chefs & their staff created dishes that were so delicious, my friends, family & I were truly overwhelmed. We felt honoured to have had the opportunity to experience the creative talents of this fine team of experts. Each one of our appetizers, entrees & desserts will be remembered forever.
