Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Je connais ce restaurant depuis sa création...quelques trente ans au mons. Il est toujours à la hauteur de sa réputation. Ce fût un moment magique. Le service est chaleureux au possible, l'ambiance est festive/tranquille & quant au menu; simplement délicieux. C'est un trésor bien gardé....

Nous avons été mangé dans cet établissement à l'occasion de la Saint-Valentin & nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons commandé le menu spécial de la fête des amoureux afin de sortir de notre zone de confort avec des produits auxquels nous ne sommes pas confronter chaque jours de semaine & c'était tout simplement délicieux. Le service était parfait & l'espace de salle assez petit rend le tout très chaleureux. A recommander c'est sur.

Belle ambiance, bel emplacement, service hors pair: courtois, gentils, avenant,
Menu: morue excellente, seul petit bémol: le sanglier de St-Augustin de Desmaures.
Avions l'impression que c'était un rôti de palette, un peu trop cuit.

Food & service absolutely flawless - Duck Confit lived up to my partner's
expectations & the flank steak (my choice) - delicious. Midst the snow storm
