Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Ma première expérience fut en 1984. Depuis jy retourne sans hésitation. Service sympathique sans être rigide. Bonne carte des vins ,tartare délicieux, ambiance festive . Bref ce resto est dans mon top 5 à Québec . De retour très bientôt

Nous avions réservé pour 5 personnes. Nous avons eu une table de 4. Pas de place pour la cinquième personne. Elle s'est assise au bout de la table. Nous étions les uns sur les autres. Service correct. Nourriture correcte. Réputation surfaite probablement à cause de l'emplacement.

Timing is everything, & they have perfect timing. You don't feel rushed, or stuffed because off eating too fast. The Absolute best Amaretto Sour, wonderful breads, goat cheese appetizer. Duck duck yum. Beautiful atmosphere, creme brulee was tops.
