Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Wonderful dinner. The restaurant is in a cozy art gallery district near the port area. Lovely interior: upscale but not stuffy. Dinner was delicious. Duck breast seemed to win the prize. Also delicious was the char fish special, duck confit & lobster gnocchi! Wait staff was courteous, friendly & efficient. Tres bien!!

Cute little restaurant in the middle of Old Town Quebec! Formal yet cozy atmosphere & decent food. Though my dad & I did not particularly like our flank steak (on the chewy side), my brother thoroughly enjoyed his lobster gnocchi. The dessert was just okay, as we ordered the tasting menu & did not receive any samples of the raspberry pastry also on the dessert menu so make sure to order that for dessert if you want it. Our server was polite & cordial. Overall a solid experience!
