Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . A nice restaurant that has tablecloths but still seems fairly casual. The food was good. I had a special of vegetable soup & red snapper for a main. Both good. The wine by the glass was a bit limited. I ordered a Portuguese white but it was out. The waitress offered a similar substitute that she thought was French. It turned out to be from Quebec which was a more interesting choice & I wish I had known it was available from the start.

Cote de veau peu goûteuse avec beaucoup de gras (point faible) je ne recommande pas ce plat.
