Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Resto agréable, service amical. L'os à moëlle est une excellllente entrée accompagnée de poulpe grillée particulièrement tendre & chorizo. Les cailles étaient finement cuites accompagnées de gnocci & croquettes de courge & d'une sauce délcieuse. Déception avec le cochon de lait qui manquait de tendreté mais dont les acvompagnements d'artichauts & de gratin se sont avérés succulents. Dessert au chocolat abondant & de belle qualité.

Great service & delicious food, but rather crowded & noisy (a victim of its own popularity) on a Friday afternoon (12:30 - 2 p.m.).
Excellent wine list.

Birthday lunch for 2 was excellent. The porc à l'érable was well prepared. The service was attentive. I wish every day was my birthday. We will be back for sure.

We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant but it is definitely worth the slightly longer walk. The food was excellent & if at all possible the service was even better. A definite must for any trip to Quebec City.
