Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . Magnificent dishes as the flavours burst in your palate. We had the fresh oysters followed with the classic beef & salmon tartares. The dishes had generous portions & the chef made sure that the salmon tartare burst in glory with the fresh dill while the accompanying salad had a perfect vinegar punch to it. The sugar pie was also to perfection as the sweetness was just right & not overbearing. Bravo to the kitchen team! Otherwise, the resto was romantic, never too loud, & quite enjoyable!

This is a lovely restaurant in a charming area. The service & attention to needs was excellent, & the choice of menu was eclectic. Salmon tartare was excellent as was best creme brulee ever!! The gnocchi was ok.
