The table is set for Scalded the French bistro hippest part of Quebec. Chef Jean-François Girard presents an innovative and contemporary approach to cooking "Bistro" with a lunch menu varies each day and taking its source in the different seasonal products from the greater Quebec City area. Add to that a wine list with over 400 references carefully selected by our sommelier, Guillaume Blanchette, who will at the same time, advise you that unique bottle that will make you smile or the glass of wine that will marry perfectly with your meal . L'Échaudé is a neighborhood bistro atmosphere, a comfortable dining room or, alternatively, a terrace service on pedestrian street.

Tout allait bien jusqu'à ce que j'accroche mon verre de vin (vide en passant) & qu'il se brise parterre. À ce moment, celui qui nous accueillait depuis le début de notre souper m'a regardé d'un air bête & m'a réellement fait sentir comme une merde, en mentionnant notamment que je venais de briser un verre à 85$!!! Je suis partie à rire croyant qu'il me faisait une blague & il réponds; « ce n'est pas une blague madame! » Sur un ton super sec! Il a ramassé le verre & il était vraiment pas content & s'est arrangé pour que je me sente vraiment mal... Je viens dépenser plus de 300$ pour souper & j'ai droit à cette attitude?! Faudrait vraiment parler à votre monsieur qu'ici au Québec on parle pas comme ça aux clients. À cause de lui, malheureusement je ne reviendrai pas dans ce resto

Très belle expérience, j'aime beaucoup votre restaurant! La présentation des plats étaient très très bien, le goût aussi, manquait quelques secondes de cuisson au poisson (au milieu), mais je n'avais plus faim! Très belle expérience en résumé!
